RX-0

There are songs to be shared but it should just be left untouched.
No good things last forever as the wind blows through.
Just a stranger in a strange land.

Need to update my wanted list soon.

Youtube Craze

Since I'm back at home, I've been stuck watching Youtube for the whole week. This is what happen when you don't have a high speed connection at the university. So basically what got me hooked are those youtube stars. You have to admit, they're really talented.

1. WongFu Productions
I practically watched everything that they uploaded. These guys are good, seriously good. They got humour, music videos, short films, etc. Worth watching everything!

2. afterschoolspecial
Know about them from one of their music videos that WongFu made for them. The main vocalist is a male Asian and from the sound of their music, it's pretty much another Linkin Park in the making? Except with a female vocalist also.

3. Kina Grannis
Never expected myself to hear to this kind of music though. Again, know about her from WongFu. Most of her song are slow and easy listening kind of song. Pretty good for relaxing.

4. David Choi
This guy is one of WongFu close friends. Great composer and most of his songs are really good.

Yes, they are many more youtube stars but I can mostly digest these guys only. Not saying that others are not good but it's basically a personal interest from my point of view.

Light Memories

I reached out my hand to the thick shower of pure white light
Just like that day in my memories
I'll put this feeling into words and give it to you
So that it isn't lost

The pieces of my dreams flutter in the light, illuminated by the moon
I even remember the warmth I felt as I snuggled up to you, shivering

The future opens the door

The story in the depths of your eyes
Withstands countless tears and shows me new scenery
So even if you lose sight of tomorrow
And lose your heart to the passing time

I kept chasing the thick shower of pure white light
Just like that day in my memories
I'll give you this feeling I've kept in my heart
So that it isn't broken

Those pieces of dreams strewn through the distant past
I'll gather them up in my hand every time and give them to you through words
Even if you turn your back on tomorrow
The passing time will paint that sky

The thick shower of pure white light showed me tomorrow
Just like that day in my memories
I'll give you this feeling hidden by my tears
So that we're not parted

I'll pull the thread of fate to us endlessly
Like our two shadows that used to be one are calling each other

At the sound of the bells, I took your hand
Just like that day in my memories
I'll give you this small bud of love
That's grown throughout the time we've spent

The thick, unending shower of light wrapped around you
Just like that day in my memories
I'll give you this feeling I see in our future
I'll give you this feeling
So that it isn't forgotten

Beauty of Destiny

No time to waste, but make your pace
It's OK to remove copy and paste
I'm doing my way, you do it your way
Don't just follow your left, find the right way
Stereotypes, too many hypes
But I'm the epitome of new types
Having the fear is power to my soul, cuz I overcome them
That's how I roll

Expose your thoughts
Don't be afraid of making mistakes
Rules prevailing in
(somethings that you cannot run away)
That may be your greatest rival
Believe in faith and your heart
Your true soul stop being
(you must face yourself sooner or later)
in the shades come on
out in the open sun

Beauty of the child of destiny
Delightful days are with rich density of love
Thorny path
There's no easy way for real bliss
So I keep on fighting for
Beauty of destiny

Random Quote #006

"Happiness is the only good. The time to be happy is now. The place to be happy is here. The way to be happy is to make others so."

"A world full of happiness is not beyond human power to create; the obstacles imposed by inanimate nature are not insuperable. The real obstacles lies in the heart of man, and the cure for these is a firm hope, informed and fortified by thought."

"Happiness is like manna; it is to be gathered in grains, and enjoyed every day. It will not keep; it cannot be accumulated; nor have we got to go out of ourselves or into remote places to gather it, since it has rained down from heaven, at our very door."

Lazarus, Ze Gitan

Have you ever felt that there is something that you really want but you know the chances of you gaining it in the future is so slim that you could hardly even see it? But the moment you try forget about it, it came back to haunt you deeply.

You want to talk to someone about it but you feel like that there isn't anyone and I mean ANYONE at all that you're brave enough to talk to about it.

Before you knew it, you'll end up thinking way too much about things you randomly see passing in front of you. You started to study things way too deep even though none of it would relate to what you're really thinking. You started to remember things from the past or imagining things that didn't even or probably wouldn't happen.

You felt that you hate the feeling but somehow you just couldn't let it go and you end up making up stories to cover the truth about what you're really thinking probably even to those you are close to.

After watching this video, now I remember why I was considered fit during my school days rather than my present state.

GCH - Life Goes On

Current favorite song. Really deep meaning even though the lyrics don't relate much with me.
No matter what happens, life goes on folks.

Random Quote #005

Quote from COGR2:Final

"Why do people always have to fight? We fight because there is something that we must protect.
It may be that we can no longer find the sense of morality or dignity in our warfare, regardless we still need to belong somewhere. For that reason alone we fought.
We've seen it before, we've seen it over and over, human history is on the verge of struggle, even so..
The world and the people in it will never be what we want them to be."

From A True Perspective

So if you refer to what I've said in my previous post on the 1st of January, you'll know that I'm against the so called demonstration. I won't argue with anyone if any of you that doesn't have the same opinion as me but I would like to suggest that you read both articles/blog post that I recently found during these few days which stated the writers opinions about the demonstration. From what I had read, these two post is very neutral without any bias towards any side even though the writers personal choice on politics maybe different than you would normally expected.  Do spend some time to read it.

Lesson Learned

Don't join a group that you're rarely close too. In the end, you're going to struggle by yourself.

Pray that I pass my exam tomorrow. This subject is too tough to repeat and becoming a headache for me this semester.

Quotes Compilations And Interpretations

For those of us, who can sense what's in others heart, other people sadness. So please, don't let anger take control. There are people you have to take responsibility for, people close to you. What happen to your friends will depend on your action now. We're supposed to respect one another's life, but when we grow out of childhood, we know better but we still cause meaningless bloodshed.

Humanity grew out of control and must endeavor to regain it's dignity. We must revive the hope that was born long ago. Trough the potentials that lies within, we will demonstrate the true power and compassion of humanity. To transcend what is immediate, and realize our great potential, the greatness within us that is "possible".

To survive and to protect themselves, they created civilization and society. But what they created got to complicated. A society is to serve the people, not the other way around. In the end it made life difficult for people. And to escape that insane world, they created a new system. It was natural that one would arrived and it gave hope to the people that were cast out. It gave their lives direction. But the old system rejected it because systems born from two different philosophies can never be compatible. The results is always the same, one tries to make the other submit.

Even though it looks stable, the world changes little by little right underneath our feet. If an idea comes along at right time, it could have the power to change everything. It all began on a good intention. Both, those of the ruling side and the opposition were motivated by the hope that they can improve humanity. It's no different than wanting your company to succeed or wanting to give your family a better life. It sounds like self interest rather than self idealism. But if we denied people for the right to be that way, what kind of world would this be? I supposed there are people who can work for the greater good even at their own expense, but I've always been suspicious of those types.
